SWIMMING
Every Thursday, one class from year 4 goes to
Shirley swimming pool to learn swimming. Our assistant teacher and Mrs Moody comes with us to the swimming pool. The people who already know how to swim go to
the deep end and learn the butterfly stroke. The people who do not know how to
swim get taught by either Phil or Hayley.
We go to the pool by minibus and come back in it. Each time we go, we alternate
so girls get changed first the first week and the boys get changed in the
other. At the end of the ten weeks we have a party in the pool and we can do
anything we like. We get plastic swords to play with and we can dive into the
deep pool.
